“Our transition to Zoho has enabled us to automate the complex components of our business and seamlessly merge #ArtificialIntelligence (AI) with #BusinessIntelligence (BI). In view of our expanding client database, the time-saving aspects are proving immensely beneficial,” explained Luca Pignatti, Area Sales Manager, Teko.
Indian/US based Zoho Corporation—the privately-held company that developed the comprehensive CRM, #IoT-management platform Zoho—has a global presence of 7000 employees in 10 data centres globally. In late 2019, the company announced a record 50 million business users throughout 180 countries.

Due to Teko’s recent growth, it was necessary to expedite our plans.
