The Linea A is a top of the range automatic filling system designed to be fully configurable as a complete process filling line. Made from painted carbon steel welded to a supporting frame, on wheels for easy handling, its external safety grids are designed to protect operators from automatic functions.
The Linea A’s offers optional manual control for each unit, through its PLC and software, accessible via LCD touch-screen control panel, for automated features such as diagnostics, help, production counter, production rate and more.
A dedicated Control-Closing Unit allows for effective verification of lid closing, and an automatic Lid-Closing Unit permits access to an interlocked openable hatch. Lids are distributed automatically and are pneumatically controlled by a pails-detection micro-switch. The Linea A is suitable for stackable press lids or ribbed cover.
