The BASIC filling line comes in a standard configuration of a single dosing valve. The solution is customisable and can be expanded for more complex solutions via plug-in options.

To deliver fast and ne dosing rates, the BASIC offers a two-stage dosing valve that dispenses products accurately. Secured by a hand wheel height-adjustable support, its vertical position guarantees precise alignment over a pail’s opening. The BASIC’s pail-handling surface is made using a "twin-face plate"; one side is equipped with a roller conveyor, to facilitate movement of large pails, whilst the other side with flat stainless-steel plate, facilitates the sliding of small pails/cans.

The BASIC can store up to 63 different weights and relative tares of containers. Capacity 0-30kg in 10g divisions (different ranges available for small containers).
